Job Title Service Technician (Flooring)*

Job Description

Perform various minor to medium flooring repairs to assist in closing new construction homes. Perform minor to medium flooring repairs in post-settlement homes, for warranty purposes.

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities

Responsible for repairs and troubleshooting, including maintenance, design and documentation

  • Maintains accurate documentation on all work performed.

Education & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience as a flooring installer (tile, wood, vinyl and/or carpet)
  • Must pass work eligibility requirements.

Work Environment

  • Exposure to various environments, to include working in residential structures without air conditioning or electric power, with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort (dust, fumes or odors)
  • Ability to lift and carry material and/or equipment 50-80 pounds
  • Must continuously stand, kneel or walk.

Requirements

  • Arizona Motor Vehicle Operators license
  • Dependable motor vehicle with current Arizona registration and insurance
  • Must be able to communicate with clients in English
