The Opportunity:       Division President (Texas & Oklahoma)

 

About the Company: Based in Irvine, CA, Interior Logic Group (www.interiorlogicgroup.com)  is the leading and only national provider of interior finish solutions for homebuilders. Interior Logic Group provides technology-enabled interior design, supply chain management and installation services for high-value interior finishes, such as Flooring, Countertops, Cabinets and Window Coverings. Its three core divisions include Interior Logic Group Builder Services, Interior Logic Group Property Services and Interior Logic Group Fulfillment Services.  Interior Logic Group collectively serves residential builders, commercial contractors, multifamily property owners and operators, single family rental companies and retailers, operating 225 locations across twenty-nine states.  

Division President: The Division President reports to the Regional President and is responsible for developing, implementing, and achieving the strategic and annual operating plans of the division. This includes the oversight of 10 Office locations and Design Centers across Texas and Oklahoma and manages the division budget and employee headcount.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the daily operations of the Texas/Oklahoma division
  • Manages the financial performance of the budget
  • Manages the sales strategy and customer relationships
  • Process improvement and standardization of processes and procedures
  • Manages up to 100 employees (direct and indirect reports) in a dispersed environment

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to understand the importance of business issues and operations within the organization and the industry’s competitive environment
  • Experience managing a team of direct and in-direct reports
  • Experience and ability to assume full responsibility for all operations through to P&L for a high frequency of projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Advanced Excel
  • Experience with high-level residential home construction. Flooring experience is preferred. Countertop, cabinet installation, dry wall, lumber experience etc. will be considered
