Home Design Systems (HDS) is a full-service program that provides pricing & imaging for new home buyers.

Job Description:

Looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented & well-organized individual to add to the team.  Visual Specialists create floor plans utilizing Adobe Photoshop Elements, builder marketing materials/blueprints & the HDS tracer to coordinate with the HDS pricing.  The coordinating tools enable a buyer to see their flooring products selections with the pricing.

We also maintain, update & adjust work already in the system at buyer/ designers’ requests.

We support multiple Regions and accommodate National hours.

Daily tasks can be highly repetitive.

Key Responsibilities & Abilities:

Structural Option Specialists load information given by Home Builder Companies such as Pulte, Toll, Woodside etc. into a pricing system called HDS. They utilized programs such as Adobe, Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel, and Outlook to complete this job.

• Experience with data entry is a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Adobe as these programs will be used daily.
• Detail oriented
• Ability to focus and manage time on multiple jobs.
• Communicate with peers and as well as external contacts outside when necessary.
