This role will report to the Vice President of Construction as ILG’s Project Manager. The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to support sales, operations, and/or production as assigned by the VP of Construction & Region President.




  • An in depth understanding of flooring, cabinet, wall tile and countertop materials; understanding how those materials are measured and installed
  • Oversee the build out of Design Studios, Offices, & Warehouses
  • Travel weekly (between 1-3 days) for onsite meetings and quality control
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Weekly internal meetings via zoom/teams to provide updates on current projects
  • Efficient at project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Bluebeam
  • Proficient in estimating Residential and Commercial construction projects
  • All other job duties as assigned
  • Point person for our internal team & customers during projects




  • Self-starter that can effectively manage projects independently
  • Four-year degree from college or technical school in business related field, or four plus years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Bilingual experience preferred, but not required (English/Spanish)
  • Experience in Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Teams, and other screensharing functions
  • Experience in construction; including flooring, cabinet, and countertops
  • Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional working relationships with builders, vendors, subordinates, and co-workers
  • Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Proactively identify, analyze, address, and resolve problem areas, conflicts, and issues
  • Displays willingness to make decisions
  • Exhibits sound and accurate judgment, supports, and explains reasoning for decisions, includes appropriate people in decision-making process, and makes timely decisions
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure adequate tracking systems are utilized to maintain and track all required information associated with the ordering and production process
  • Working knowledge of internet, inventory, project management, spreadsheet and word process software as well as order processing systems
