You Will

• Be responsible for the ServiceNow platform of Interior Logic Group
• Manage the ServiceNow platform to ensure stability and implement architectural changes when necessary
• Develop workflow customizations
• Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate tasks being done in ServiceNow
• Integrate ServiceNow and other systems
• Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data
• Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application

 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Development and Configuration Experience
• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience
• BS in Computer Science or related field
• Expert in ServiceNow development and administration
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others
