You Will
- Be responsible for the ServiceNow platform of Interior Logic Group
- Manage the ServiceNow platform to ensure stability and implement architectural changes when necessary
- Develop workflow customizations
- Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate tasks being done in ServiceNow
- Integrate ServiceNow and other systems
- Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data
- Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of Software Development and Configuration Experience
- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- Expert in ServiceNow development and administration
- Ability to translate business needs into requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others
