We are looking for a (temporary - with the potential to become permanent) residential /interior design/ installation REMOTE recruiter to join our team!
This position requires the ability to recruit relentlessly to source and identify qualified candidates within the construction/installation/interior design industry.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Source qualified candidates (outing your headhunter skills to use)!
Attend recruitment events
Post positions on numerous job boards/sites
Utilize Social Media avenues to reach qualified candidates
Create a qualified pool of candidates per trade
Weekly reporting
Coordinate and schedule interviews for qualified candidates
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all hiring managers

Job Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience (experience in construction, interior design, highly preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet established deliverables and goals set by management
Exceptional organizational skills
High level of professionalism and integrity
Positive attitude is a must!
Bilingual a PLUS!
