Job Summary:

This position is responsible for various administrative clerical functions in the Countertops program. 



  • Creates electronic or paper filing systems for the Production Office
  • Maintains Production Office paper flow and communication processes
  • Updates computer records (ICON and RFMS) as required
  • Makes pre and post installation customer calls as directed
  • Fields and directs customer questions and concerns to Project Coordinator and Directors
  • Compares tickets with purchase orders to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinates with store expeditors any changes to existing orders
  • Collects additional purchase order information as directed
  • Enters invoices approved by the Project Coordinator on internal payment spreadsheets
  • Sends out Service Provider forecasts as directed
  • Sends order documents to the DVR or Laser Fiche
  • Performs other miscellaneous job duties as directed by Director or Project Coordinator
  • Returns voice mail messages within (4) business hours and emails within (24) hours
